Test #2 opens for business on March 3, so you can take it March 3 or 4. The following week is spring break, and I suspect the DE Proctoring Center will be closed that week. You can also take the test Monday-Wednesday of the week after spring break. So the deadline is March 16.
There is a practice problem set for Test #2 which will appear in WebAssign tomorrow morning. It will be available for you to use as practice for a while. It is not a practice test, just a set of untimed practice problems.
