MA 114 Online: Location for Final Exam

I received the e-mail below which appears to be aimed at all students in this class. As I interpret the e-mail, here's what it means:

If you are taking the exam during Dec. 8-12, you MUST take the exam at the DH Hill Librarry - ITTC Lab. (See below for time lab operates.)
If you are taking the exam AFTER Dec. 12, you will need to take the exam at one of the usual DE Proctoring locations.

If you are in doubt about what this means, check with the DE Proctoring Service. And if you learn anything that differs from the summary above, please let me know so that I can correct what is posted here.

Please be advised that your final exam will take place in the DH Hill Library ITTC Computer Lab http://www.lib.ncsu.edu/spaces/ittc-lab-2. If you are testing with a remote proctor, you can disregard this notice and follow arrangements made with your proctor.

Where: DH Hill Library - ITTC Lab
Date: 12/8 - 12/12 (your exam is 12/8 - 12/16, should you choose to take your exam after 12/12 you will go to the regular testing centers)
Time 10:00am - 6:45pm (Last sign in 6:00pm)
Exam time: 2hrs 15mins
Allowed items: Textbooks, All Notes, Calculators, Laptop computers and other devices are allowed provided they operate on battery power.

Come early to take your exam. Early in the exam window and early in the day, waiting until the last day or in the afternoon may mean you have to wait to take your exam. The test center will close at 6:45pm. You can check the wait times online at go.ncsu.edu/waittime

You must have a photo ID (NCSU Student ID or Driver's License)

Do not bring items to the test center that are not required for your exam, space is limited.

No food or drinks permitted
No cell phones
No hats

(Dec 4) Extension requests have been disabled as of today.
(Nov 21) Going into the final day for Test #3, 28 students have taken the test. The average score is 75 and the median is 79.
(Nov 19) With 2 days to go on Test #3, 10 students have taken the test with an average score of 73 and median score of 82.
(Nov 16) After Test #3 has been open for two days, 8 students have completed the test with an average score of 75 and a median score of 88.
(Nov 16) I have reset the due dates for the 6.1 and 6.2 WebAssignments so that they match the dates shown on the calendar in this website.

(Nov 2) Academic Progress Reports were sent out to everyone from NCSU Registration and Records.
(Oct 20) 19 students have taken the test. The average score is 91 and the median score is 94. Monday is the final day to take the test. The Testing Centers are closed today.
(Oct 19) Remember that the Testing Centers are closed on Friday, October 20.
(Oct 18) Five students completed the test during the first two days. Average score is 96.
(Oct 16) One student took the test today. The grade was 100.

(Sep 28) Part 4 of this course starts a brand new topic that is unrelated to what has gone before.
(Sep 13) After Test #1 has been up and running for 3 days, a total of 13 students have taken the test with an average score of 93.
(Sep 11) After two days on Test #2, as of now 6 students have completed the test and the average score is 94.6.
(Sep 9) Only one student took Test #1 on the first day it was available. His score was 100.
